This Privacy Policy explains how FairClaim, Inc. ("FairClaim," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit fairclaim.ai (the "Site") and when you contact us or request a product demo.
This policy covers our public marketing website only. It does not cover the FairClaim product or platform itself, or any claim data processed through it. Use of the FairClaim product by customers is governed by a separate agreement and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.

2. Information we collect
We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect information in two ways:
a) Information you give us directly. When you submit our "Schedule a Demo" / contact form, you may provide:
Full name (required)
Email address (required)
State (required)
Company name (optional)
Phone number (optional)
Your role (optional)
How you heard about FairClaim (optional)
A description of your current challenges (optional)
You can also reach us by email, in which case we receive whatever information you choose to include.
b) Technical information collected automatically. Our Site is built and hosted on Framer. As part of delivering and securing the Site, Framer's infrastructure may automatically process limited technical data, such as IP address, browser and device type, and basic request logs. We use Framer's built-in capabilities only; we do not run separate third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking tools beyond what Framer provides.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information through this Site, and we ask that you not submit any confidential claim details or health information through the contact form.
3. How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
Comply with legal obligations and protect our legal rights
Operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Site
Communicate with you about FairClaim and your request
Respond to your inquiry and schedule and conduct product demos
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
Our Site uses only the cookies and similar technologies provided through the Framer platform. These are generally limited to what is needed for the Site to function and, where applicable, basic usage measurement.
Where required, you can manage your preferences through the "Cookies Settings" control in the Site footer. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
Service providers / processors. We use Framer to host the Site and to receive and store contact-form submissions. Framer processes this data on our behalf. See Framer's privacy practices at https://www.framer.com/legal/privacy-statement/.
Professional advisors. With our legal, accounting, or similar advisors where reasonably necessary.
Legal and safety reasons. Where required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of FairClaim or others.
Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage our relationship with you, and meet legal and operational requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Section 8).
7. Data security
We rely on Framer's hosting infrastructure and reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information submitted through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of it, and to opt out of certain processing.
U.S. state privacy rights. If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the rights described above. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
EEA/UK residents. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Where we process your information, we rely on legal bases such as your consent, our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry, and compliance with legal obligations.

9. International data transfers
